When it comes to health and fitness, We believe in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, We like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, we teach you how to build your own. We show you how to create SMART goals for both the short and long term, so you can stay accountable to yourself and your personal health for as long as you need it. There is no time limit for health and fitness and we want to be with you for the long haul, every step of the way!
Kristin's love of fitness began her senior year in high school and blossomed from there! She began teaching yoga and group fitness in college, managing the campus gym. After graduating college, with a BS in Special Education, Kristin, along with teaching in a high school, worked part-time in fitness facilities, carrying out management duties, training clients, and continuing to teach group fitness and yoga. Currently, Kristin is a yoga and Body Boot Camp instructor and a NAFC certified personal trainer (PT24051028). She enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities, especially beginners and those with special needs. Kristin in a mom of three, and in her spare time enjoys powerlifting, boxing, and mixed martial arts.
Chris has been active in fitness since he was a child, participating in sports, especially football, throughout middle and high school. Chris has been a lifelong gym enthusiast, enjoying intense, powerlifting workouts.
